Holding Habitats is managed by Phil Pearce who is also Director of Ecological Land Management Ltd (ELM) which he established in 2001. Over the years ELM has created a number of compensation sites and developers have then asked if they could be handed over to ELM for long term management. In response to this, Holding Habitats was created to take on the ownership/lease of such sites, with ELM being contracted to undertake the habitat management works.

The combination of these two companies means that the client can rest assured that their site will be managed in accordance with relevant wildlife legislation, and be maintained in a condition that provides an asset to the neighboring development.
